FAQs

How far in advance should we book?

1

We'd recommend booking as early as possible — our diary fills up quickly, especially for peak summer Saturdays. Getting in touch 12–18 months ahead is ideal to avoid disappointment.

What areas do you cover?

2

We're based in Northern Ireland and cover weddings across the whole of NI and Ireland. We're also happy to travel further afield, just get in touch and we'll chat about it.

How long does it take to receive our wedding film?

3

We aim to deliver your finished film within 8–12 weeks of your wedding day. We take care with every edit, so good things take a little time!

What packages do you offer?

4

We have three main options - The Seed, The Branches, and The Canopy - each designed to suit different budgets and coverage needs. Full details are on our brochure, and we're always happy to chat through which one fits your day best.

What happens to our footage?

5

What about USB pen drives?

6

Do you shoot in all weather?

7

How do we secure our date?

8

Your finished films are delivered digitally via a private online link so you can download and keep them safely. We'd always strongly advise you to back up your films in multiple places; on your computer, an external hard drive, and cloud storage as soon as you receive them.

While we have offered USB pen drives in the past, we're moving away from this as a delivery method. If a pen drive has been provided, please back up the contents immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for pen drives that are lost, damaged, or fail over time, digital files on physical media are always at risk, which is why we recommend keeping multiple backup copies of your films.

Absolutely, we're Northern Irish, a bit of rain doesn't stop us! We're experienced in shooting in all conditions and know how to make your day look stunning whatever the weather throws at us.

A signed contract and a booking deposit are required to secure your date in our diary. Once those are in place, you're locked in!
